Even as Russia mourned the death of over 130 people in the Moscow terrorist attack, UK's finance minister accused Russian President Vladimir Putin of lying. Jeremy Hunt said that the UK does not trust what Moscow says. The Chancellor of the Exchequer added that he takes whatever the Russian government says with an "enormous pinch of salt".
