How children are taught to practice beheading on dolls at ISIS training camp
"The children were each given a doll and a sword. Then they were lined up, more than 120 of them, and given their next lesson by their Islamic State group instructors: Behead the doll," a former IS prisoner narrates horrifying tale to the Associated Press. Yahya, 14, spent nearly five months at the "Farouq institute for cubs", a camp in the Syrian city of Raqqa, the Islamic State group's de facto capital. His days were spent exercising, studying the quran, learning how to use weapons. Yahya and his brother were able to escape the camp a few months ago by sneaking out at night when their guards were asleep. IS claims to have hundreds of similar camps - the true number is not known, nor is the number of children who have gone through the training.
