Turkey has been shipping cluster bombs to Ukraine since late 2022, according to a report on Foreign Policy. Ankara is reportedly sending Ukraine the powerful yet controversial weapon that was developed during the cold war era under a co-production deal with the U.S. This is even as Turkey continues to play the role of a diplomatic middleman between 'friend' Russia and Ukraine.
