This is Kate Middleton's ‘adorable’ nickname for youngest son Prince Louis

A video captured the sweet nickname Prince William's wife Kate Middleton has for her youngest son, Prince Louis. This came as the five-year-old made his first-ever royal engagement when he volunteered with his family at a local Scout group as part of the Big Help Out initiative.

Prince William and Kate Middleton- along with Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis – visited Slough to help renovate their Scout hut. The royal children painted, shovelled, and ate s’mores. This was when Kate Middleton was caught on video calling her son by his “cute” nickname.
“Pop that in the fire, Lou Bug,” Kate Middleton said. Another clip captured her calling her youngest son “Lou Bug” as he took control of a wheelbarrow.
“Well done, good job Lou Bug!” she said in the video.
Royal fans on social media gushed over Kate Middleton's nickname for Prince Louis with one Twitter user saying, “Lou bug is so cute," while another said, “I can’t get over Lou-bug."

Earlier, during a 2018 visit to Leicester, Kate Middleton revealed that her children refer to Prince William as “Pops”. Prince William has been heard calling Princess Charlotte “Mignonette”.
The royal family also shared several sweet moments while volunteering for the Big Help Out. In photos and video from the event, Prince Louis could be seen shovelling some dirt into a wheelbarrow and joining his siblings in archery. Princess Charlotte and her younger brother helped decorate a wall mural with their hand prints as well.
