20 dead in Somalia blasts: official
Twenty people, most of them Ethiopians, were killed and at least 80 others wounded in northern Somalia when twin explosions rocked a residential area late on Tuesday, the Somalia information ministry said.

- The UN migration and refugee agencies said in a joint statement that the dead were among at least 120 migrants on a dinghy that left Libya on February 18.
