As per the official press agency TAP, these could be of victims of illegal immigration.
The victims, mostly male, whose death may date back to April, were found by the national guard and army units on the beaches in central and southern Tunisia, the report said on Tuesday.
An enquiry will be launched to determine the identity of the dead, it added.
Meanwhile, families of missing Tunisian illegal immigrants, engaged in a sit-in since Monday in front of the foreign affairs ministry in Tunis, have been calling for an enquiry into the incident.
The families cited among other cases two groups of dozens of people who left the Tunisian city of Sfax for Italy in March and April respectively.
