Columbus Fire Lt Shannon Morrison confirmed that five people died early today in the fire at a downtown Columbus apartment complex. He said 21 fire trucks were sent to the scene. WBNS-TV reports that four children were among those killed. Morrison could not confirm the victims' ages.
