Chopper crash kills nine cops
Nine police officers were killed and three others wounded when their helicopter crashed in northeastern Colombia, Xinhua reported.

Nine police officers were killed and three others wounded when their helicopter crashed in northeastern Colombia, Xinhua reported.
The helicopter crashed into a mountainous area in Casanare province on Saturday, minutes after taking off from the town of Salinas, police said. The aircraft had a mechanical problem.
The injured were shifted to hospitals in the provincial capital of Yopal and in the neighbouring Boyaca province.
