At least 14 people have been killed and 58 more injured in a fire at an oil well in central Myanmar, an official in the military-ruled country said today.

At least 14 people have been killed and 58 more injured in a fire at an oil well in central Myanmar, an official in the military-ruled country said on Monday.
The blaze broke out on Sunday near Pakokku town in Magway Region.
"At least 14 people were killed and 58 others injured so far during the incident," said the official, who did not want to be named. "The local authorities are trying to put out the fire now."
