Germany against foreign intervention in Libya

Germany's foreign minister says that a foreign military action against Libya would be counterproductive and called for additional sanctions against Gadhafi's regime.

Germany's foreign minister says that a foreign military action against Libya would be counterproductive and called for additional sanctions against Gaddafi's regime. Guido Westerwelle says the current sanctions are not enough and it would be a "wise proposal proposal to freeze every money flow to Libya next months."
