Brazilian evangelical pastor Marco Feliciano has claimed that John Lennon died because he offended the Lord by suggesting that the Beatles were more famous than Jesus Christ.

Brazilian evangelical pastor Marco Feliciano has claimed that John Lennon died because he offended the Lord by suggesting that the Beatles were more famous than Jesus Christ.

Feliciano’s remarks gleaned from a video of a sermon he made at his church in 2005 that according to Bible, God does not let this type of offense go unpunished, News.com.au reported.

The pastor also said that he would have liked to see the body of Lennon when the British pop star was shot dead in December 1980.
