"The incident took place in Chamkani district," a spokesman for provincial administration told Xinhua. Three civilians were injured in the attack.

Taliban militants on early Saturday carried out a suicide car bomb attack against NATO-led troops in Ismael Khil district of the neighbouring Khost province.
