The 32-year-old Britsh beauty admitted she is open to the idea of adopting even after the couple have a baby of their own, Contactmusic reported.
"We're trying for a baby at the moment but we'll definitely adopt if we can't have children together. Even if we can have kids naturally, adopting is still something that I would like to do," Price said.
The Free to Love Again singer, who is mother to three children from her previous relationships, said the couple would love to bring home a disadvantaged youngster in case the they fail to bear naturally.
Price is also ready to be a surrogate to help her best friend and make-up artist Gary Cockerill and her husband Phil Turner become parents.
"I would definitely be a surrogate mum for Gary and Phil if they want to have children. They're a big part of my life and I'd love to help them out in that way. But I do want to have children with Alex before," Price adds.
