The confidential report by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), obtained by Reuters on Tuesday, also said Iran's stockpile of low-enriched uranium had continued to grow, despite increased international sanctions pressure on Tehran.

The report's findings may provide additional arguments for the United States and its European allies in seeking to isolate the Islamic state over activities they suspect are aimed at developing a nuclear weapons capability. Iran denies the charge.
