Japan sets up crisis taskforce after North Korea N test

Japan's government on Monday set up a taskforce in the office of Prime Minister Taro Aso after North Korea said it had staged a nuclear test, a spokeswoman in the premier's office said.

Japan's government on Monday set up a taskforce in the office of Prime Minister Taro Aso after North Korea said it had staged a nuclear test, a spokeswoman in the premier's office said.

"At 11:45 am, concerning the information that North Korea conducted a nuclear test, the government set up a taskforce at the crisis management centre of the prime minister's office," a spokeswoman in the premier's office told AFP.
