Jordan identifies its first H1N1 flu cases

Jordan identified its first two cases of H1N1 flu virus in two young female patients who arrived from the United States last week, a health source said on Tuesday.

Jordan identified its first two cases of H1N1 flu virus in two young female patients who arrived from the United States last week, a health source said on Tuesday.

"The two female patients showed flu symptoms and the test and the results confirmed the H1N1 virus. The situation is under control," the health official told Reuters.

He declined to give more details but said their family was under medical observation.
