Manmohan Singh will hold talks with Obama on Tuesday and will raise the issue of the misuse of aid to Pakistan and the threat of WMDs falling into the hands of terrorists.

"We will raise the issue of diversion of US aid to Pakistan for boosting anti-India terror infrastructure," sources said.

"Threat of WMDs falling into the hands of terrorists is a serious one and this issue will also be raised," sources added.

Besides firming up a framework for counter-terror cooperation and completing remaining steps of the nuclear deal, the two sides are expected to ink 10 agreements in areas ranging from intellectual property rights, trade and investment, agriculture, health and green technologies.
