The Government’s annual policy and programmes and budget will be presented during the session, mainly recognised as the budget session of the Constituent Assembly that functions as the country’s parliament.
President Dr Ram Baran Yadav is scheduled to present government’s annual policy and programmes in parliament on Thursday.
During the ongoing session, Nepalese finance minister Surendra Pandey will present the budget amounting to $3.8 billion for the fiscal year 2009-10 on Monday.
