The tourists comprising mostly trekkers and climbers were stranded as bad weather prevented operation of regular flights to Lukla, the only airport in the region.
On Saturday, army helicopters and airplanes and helicopters of private operators were put into action to rescue the tourists.
"As per reliable information from Lukla all stranded tourists have been rescued," informed Sarad Pradhan, media consultant at Nepal Tourism Board.
Every year thousands of trekkers and climbers visit the Everest region in Solukhumbu district of Nepal.
Lukla is one of the busiest airports in Nepal catering to nearly 50 flights daily.
