Sardar Zulifqar Khosa, advisor to Punjab chief minister, said on Thursday his party is consulting with senior lawyers to file a criminal or a civil case against former president Musharraf in the Supreme Court.

Khosa said the judiciary has become independent in the country and the notice to Musharraf on Wednesday, summoning him July 29 in the Supreme Court, was a clear example in this regard.

He added that the opposition Pakistan Muslim League Quaid-e-Azam (PML-Q) was the creation of the "dictator", and its only work is to criticise PML-N.
