Sikh woman found killed in Canada, husband arrested

TORONTO: A 38-year-old Sikh woman has been found dead at her home in Canada’s Saskatchewan province with police arresting and charging her husband for the murder.

TORONTO: A 38-year-old Sikh woman has been found dead at her home in Canada’s Saskatchewan province with police arresting and charging her husband for the murder. Sandeep Kaur Tehara’s body was found at her residence in Regina when police were called to the home to check on the people inside. Police found Sandeep’s body inside the house on Sunday and subsequently determined that it was a case of homicide. Sandeep’s husband, Jagdish Singh Tehara, 39, has been arrested and charged with second degree murder, the Regina Leader-Post reported.
