The United Arab Emirates (UAE) President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has sent a congratulatory cable to the new US President Barack Obama, WAM News agency reported on Wednesday.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE vice president and ruler of Dubai, also congratulated Obama.
