Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Mohammad-Ali Hosseini said on Monday that the three countries have been helping Israel with its nuclear programme, MehrNews reported on Wednesday.

"The non-compliance of nuclear weapon states with their obligations of nuclear disarmament, as stipulated in the NPT, is threatening international peace and security," he added.

"There is a legitimate question among non-nuclear weapon states that what they have achieved through joining this treaty," Hosseini said.

The minister was speaking at the Third Session of the Preparatory Committee of the 2010 NPT Review Conference, which opened in New York on May 4 and runs till May 15.
