A restaurant in Mumbai is promoting social inclusion by hiring staff who are deaf and mute and encouraging diners to use sign language to communicate. Mirchi & Mime has 27 staff members who are hearing & vocally impaired. All of them use sign language to communicate with the staff. While guests are encouraged to use hand gestures written on the menu.
