Delhi’s dry concert spell is finally coming to an end. Music’s in the air and it’s coming from Kolkata-based event management company, JPR Events, which is set to bring Latino hottie Enrique Iglesias to the Capital.

The concert with the Rhythm Divine crooner is planned for November. Confirms Sunil Hamal, who heads JPR: “Enrique is a total crowd puller and his music is really very popular amongst youngsters. He’s a good choice any day. Given that his last tour here did well, we are hopeful of a concert to remember. Plus Delhi has a good audience for music and they should get a good deal.”

Enrique is one of the highest selling international artists in India. His first performance in the country was in 2004; Mumbai and Bangalore have swayed to his music and now it’s Delhi’s turn to hear him belt out hits like

It’s been almost 10 months since Delhi hosted any international gig, but that will soon be a thing of the past.

Besides Enrique, Delhiites can also look forward to some fabulous Jazz as a fleet of Jazz/Rock musicians will be coming down for a special tour.

A source from the industry says it will feature the likes of legendary flautist Ian Anderson (Jethro Tull), among others. And early next year, the ever-reliable Bryan Adams is also rumoured to be touring India.
