Jakarta: Silver medal winner Indian athlete Dutee Chand celebrates with national tricolour during the women's 100m final track event at the 18th Asian Games 2018 in Jakarta, Indonesia on Sunday, Aug 26, 2018.(PTI)

Day 8 was a sweet one for the Indian athletes as Muhammed Anas, Hima Das, and Dutee Chand won silver in 400m and 100m respectively. However, there was controversy when Govindan Lakshmanan was stripped off his bronze medal in the 10,000m race as his foot touched the inside track.
