At least six people were killed and 11 injured when a truck hit a jeep on the Jhansi-Tikamgarh highway in Madhya Pradesh early on Friday.

At least six people were killed and 11 injured when a truck hit a jeep on the Jhansi-Tikamgarh highway in Madhya Pradesh early on Friday.
According to police, the jeep was on its way carrying bundles of newspapers and also passengers from Jhansi to Tikamgarh when the accident took place near Bariya village under Digoda police station in Tikamgarh district.
The injured, who are said to be in a serious condition, were rushed to a nearby hospital. The dead are yet to be identified.
