Chouhan, wife break Navratri fast by performing kanya poojan

Chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and his wife Sadhna Singh performed kanya poojan (the worship of girls) at CM House on Monday, as per a religious practice during Navratris that they have observed for the past several years.

The girls were the daughters of his staff or lived in nearby localities. They were served food by Chouhan and his wife to mark the completion of their Navratri fast.

The girls remained in CM House for about an hour and a half, during which Chouhan interacted with them and shared light moments with them, as per sources.
