MP govt wants Kochar to head gas case commission
The Madhya Pradesh Government has recommended Justice S L Kochar's name to head the one-member commission on the Bhopal Gas disaster of December 1984, official sources said today.

The Madhya Pradesh Government has recommended Justice S L Kochar's name to head the one-member commission on the Bhopal Gas disaster of December 1984, official sources said on Tuesday.
The state government has recommended Justice Kochar's name to the Madhya Pradesh Governor Rameshwar Thakur, they said.
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan had recently announced the setting up of the commission to look into all aspects of the disaster, including the manner in which the main accused, Warren Anderson was allowed to leave Bhopal.
