President to address special session of MP Assembly on May 11

President Pratibha Patil will address a special session of the Madhya Pradesh Assembly in Bhopal on May 11. Patil has given her consent to address the session, an official release said last evening, quoting a letter received by Assembly Speaker Ishwar Das Rohani from the Rashtrapati Bhavan.

Rohani, along with Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Narottam Mishra, had called on the President in New Delhi on Wednesday and requested her to address the special session of the Assembly.
