Aditi Rao Hydari and Manisha Koirala have something in common

Aditi Rao Hydari is working with director Mani Ratnam in her next film. During one of the shoots, the film’s crew members felt she reminded them of Manisha Koirala, who has also worked with Ratnam before.

Whether it is for a Bollywood film or for a project down south, it is the dream of several actors to work with veteran director Mani Ratnam. So far, only a few of B-Town’s leading ladies have had the chance to be directed by him. The latest actor to be added to that list is Aditi Rao Hydari, who has been selected by Ratnam for his next.

People told Aditi that she looks like Manisha Koirala as she shot for Mani Ratnam’s next.

Interestingly, an insider says that when Aditi started shooting for the film, many of the crew members felt the actor looked like Manisha Koirala. The insider says, “When we shot with Aditi on the first day, she reminded everyone of Manisha from Dil Se (also directed by Mani Ratnam; 1998). That was a fantastic feeling.”
