Aishwarya Rai brings drama to Cannes red carpet in elaborate white gown, Deepika Padukone sends her all the love

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan shone in white on her second ay at the Cannes 2019 red carpet. Check out her latest pics and videos from the beach town in French Riveira.

After making a stunning appearance at the red carpet at Cannes Film Festival on Sunday in a golden mermaid dress, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan slayed the red carpet in white on her second day at the ongoing festival.

Aishwarya walked the red carpet on Monday in a white feathered and tulle dress by Ashi Studio, accessorised with diamonds. She flaunted kohl-rimmed eyes and light pink lip colour with her hair pulled back in a bun to complete the look. She also shared pictures and videos showcasing her latest red carpet look. The picture came up for much praise with actor Deepika Padukone giving it her stamp of approval.

Aishwarya also had three impressive looks for her second day at the ongoing film festival, apart from the red carpet look. She flaunted her summery style with three more vibrant looks. She wore a horizontal striped red-and-white dress for the first look, while the second had her in a denim jacket and white top combo. For the third one, she paired a colourful jacket with denims and a plain black top.

The actor had walked the red carpet on Sunday, in a metallic mermaid gown by Jean Louis Sabaji on her first day at Cannes. Her daughter Aaradhya is accompanying her for the gala and the actor even posed with Aaradhya ahead of her red carpet appearance on Sunday. She also took to Instagram to share pictures with Aaradhya, who was twinning with her mother in a yellow dress. Aishwarya captioned the post, “My Sunshine Forever.”

Aishwarya Rai is a regular at Cannes with her annual appearances garnering attention from the world over. She represents the cosmetics brand L’Oreal. However, Aishwarya isn’t the only celeb marking an Indian presence at the prestigious film festival. Priyanka Chopra, Deepika Padukone, Kangana Ranaut, Mallika Sherawat, Huma Qureshi and Hina Khan have already walked the red carpet. The Cannes Film Festival opened on May 14 and will go on till May 25.
