Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar get set to start promotions for their next film together , Toilet Ek Prem Katha.

Akshay Kumar, who recently wrapped up shooting for his upcoming movie, Toilet ek Prem Katha, is now gearing up for the promotions with his co-star Bhumi Pednekar.

The Dum Laga Ke Haisha star, Bhumi Pednekar took to Twitter and shared a picture of the two, all set to kick-start the promotions of the movie.

The actress wrote, “with a lot of pride, we start our journey to bring our Prem Katha to you. It all begins today.”

Recently, the National-award winning actor Akshay met Prime Minister Narendra Modi and shared the theme and title of the movie, which reportedly made the latter smile.

Toilet Ek Prem Katha is based on the subject of sanitation and the need to have a toilet in every household in order to reduce health issues among women and children.

Directed by Shree Narayan Singh, the movie is slated to hit the screens on August 11.
