A source on the sets of Ready told Mid Day, "Two days ago when the filming was on, Salman realised that a swarm of insects on the barks of the trees. When he checked with the local Thai crew, he was told that they were edible!"

The source added, "In fact some of the Thai guys collected the insects in a bucket and demonstrated that you could munch them."

Salman, known for his mischievous nature, then challenged Asin to try it. The actor would not have thought in his wildest dreams that the actress would take his challenge so seriously. Asin took the insect, popped it in her mouth, shrugged and went on with her shot, reported the tabloid.

Needless to mention everyone on the sets were shell-shocked.

When asked how she managed to that off, Asin told the tabloid, "There's nothing to it... it's all in the mind."

We wonder if the lady would replace Akshay Kumar in the next season of Khatron Ke Khiladi.
