Aurangzeb gets average box office collections

Arjun Kapoor, Sasha Agha starrer Aurangzeb opened to a dull start on Friday. The Yash Raj Film (YRF) offering managed to earn Rs 3.92 crore. It is interesting to note that past weeks' releases Go Goa Gone and Shootout At Wadala continue to rake in moolah.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted on Saturday, "#Aurangzeb Fri 3.92 cr."

It is interesting to note that past weeks' releases Go Goa Gone and Shootout At Wadala continue to rake in moolah at the box office. Till Thursday, Shootout At Wadala collections were a commendable stack at Rs 57.12 crore.

Taran listed on Twitter, "#SAW [2nd Week]:- Fri 2.02 cr, Sat 2.33 cr, Sun 2.57 cr, Mon 1.20 cr, Tue 1.17 cr, Wed 1.01 cr, Thu *est* 1 cr. Grand total: 57.12 cr."

According to Taran, the overseas' earnings of the film were, "#Aurangzeb *UK* Fri £ 7,583 on 37 screens... *Australia* Fri A$ 3,014 on 7 screens... *New Zealand* Fri NZ$ 1,717 on 7 screens."
