Actor Kareena Kapoor recently revealed that she was reluctant to do her film Chameli, which was released in 2004.
On the show India’s Glam Diva, on Big CBS Love, the 31-year-old said that she had been offered the film a year before she actually took it up. She added that she was reluctant to do a risqué role at the beginning of her career. Kareena has now bagged producers Karan Johar and Ekta Kapoor’s co-production for which she was in the running with actor Katrina Kaif.
Reportedly, actor Emraan Hashmi is being considered for the role of the male lead.
