Parashar recently claimed that she was foraying into Bollywood with the film, as the designer for the costumes to be worn by item girl Rakhi Sawant, who will star in the project.

“Charu has no connection with the film. She was not even signed on. She is just trying to gain free publicity. Our legal team will take action now,” says Ashfaque Makrani, who is making his directorial debut with the movie.

Parashar, however, says that the matter has been resolved amicably. “There isn’t anything (legal) involved. There were some issues, but it’s all sorted,” she says.

So, is she still designing for Sawant in the movie? “Yes, I am,” she maintains. Sameer Redij, executive producer of the movie, however, still rubbishes her claim. “She is lying. We never appointed her.”
