Hamari Adhuri Kahani gets a good start, earns Rs 10.19 cr in 2 days

Directed by Mohit Suri, Hamari Adhuri Kahan opened to mixed reviews, but it seems the film’s chartbuster music has helped it in getting a decent start.

The latest flick from the repertoire of producer Mahesh Bhatt has received a good opening at the box office. Emraan Hashmi, Vidya Balan-starrer Hamari Adhuri Kahani has garnered Rs 10.19 crore in first two days of its release. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted about the film’s business.

It’s a love triangle among three people: A business magnate, a hotel staff and a morally ambiguous man.

However, this opening is no match for Mohit Suri’s earlier films such as Aashiqui 2 and Ek Villain which collected more than Rs 100 crore at the ticket window.
