I don’t want to sign a film every third day: Diljit Dosanjh
Diljit Dosanjh, who will star in Anushka Sharma’s next production, says he doesn’t want to sign a film every three days.
After impressing people with his performance in his debut Bollywood film, Udta Punjab, Diljit Dosanjh will be seen with Anushka Sharma in her next production. The actor will maintain his trademark turbaned look in the film. In fact, he says he is happy with his look, and does not feel that it will keep him from getting meaty roles in Hindi movies.

“I want to do limited work. I’m not someone who wants to sign a film every third day. I’m enjoying myself at the moment. I’m happy, and I know that being a Sikh, who wears a turban, I will get specific and selective roles,” says the actor.

Diljit is also a popular singer. Not many know that he used to sing at a gurudwara in Jalandhar, Punjab, before his single, ‘Proper patola’ became popular. “Every Baisakhi, I release a religious track. I have been doing this for several years now,” he adds.
