I'm a lot happier now after marriage, says Kunal Kapoor

Actor Kunal Kapoor, who married actor Amitabh Bachchan's niece Naina Bachchan wedding in February, says that he is the happiest that he has ever been.

Actor Kunal Kapoor, who married actor Amitabh Bachchan's niece Naina Bachchan wedding in February, says that he is the happiest that he has ever been. "We have known each other for a very long time, so there were no surprises there. We knew each other really well and have been each others' support. But I feel that I am a lot happier now after marriage," says the 37-year-old, speaking for the first time to the media, about his marriage.

While Naina, daughter of Ramola Bachchan and Ajitabh Bachchan, is an investment banker, Kunal says that he tries to involve her in his career decisions as well. "We discuss everything with each other and I often take feedback from her. She is much smarter than me. When we have a discussion about something, she really goes to the heart of the matter, which really helps me in a big way," he says.

Kunal Kapoor and Naina Bachchan, niece of Amitabh Bachchan got married in Seychelles in February 2015 and had a grand Delhi reception in April.

Meanwhile, the actor who is eagerly waiting for the release of his next film, a Nila Madhab Panda directorial, says that he is also working on three scripts. "I am working on some scripts with other writers, for me to act in," he says, adding, "Also, I am now on the lookout for stories that I haven't done before. I have been offered a lot of films, but I did not find anything interesting enough."
