Bollywood actor, Emraan Hashmi fancies the role of playing a bounty hunter next. The 34-year-old actor who was in the Capital last week to promote his upcoming film Ek Thi Dayaan admitted that he likes playing different roles.

“I honestly don’t know. I react to the script. I would love to play a bounty hunter. I think that will be interesting,” said Emraan who will be playing a magician in the upcoming supernatural flick. Sharing his experiences from the film’s shoot, Emraan said that he was not sure of pulling off the role of a magician. “We had a three-day shoot here (Gurgaon) and as a part of the film, I had to perform in front of a live audience. So I was not sure if I could pull that off.

What if the pigeon doesn’t come out of the hat? (laughs)” he said. True to his stylish on screen avatars, Emraan has ensured that even as a magician he looks nice. “He won’t be like the usual magicians who we see in India. He is a cosmopolitan magician, who lives in Mumbai. His real name is Bijoy, but he is called Bobo, because he does tricks at children’s parties.”

The Mumbai-born actor who is looking to go international with director Danis Tanovic, refused to share details about his international project. “It might get released at the end of the year, everything else is under wraps,” he said.
