India’s Super Dancer: Shilpa Shetty Kundra ensures nutritious food for kids
The actor is making sure that the participants get healthy food on the sets of the show.
Shilpa Shetty Kundra has been advocating fitness for a while now. These days, the actor is busy judging a kids’ dance reality TV show, which is yet to air.
A source says the promotional shoots of the show have begun, and the actor is making sure the kids are provided with healthy food between the breaks.

“Shilpa has always sworn by nutritious food. She is making the participants eat the same. The actor had a discussion with the production team, and asked the members to serve fresh fruit juices to the kids every day. She also prohibited them from eating junk food such as burgers and chips on the sets,” says the source.

The actor also ensures that the children get their meals on time. “The kids are provided with a nutritious breakfast comprising sandwiches, buttermilk, coconut water and dal khichdi. For lunch, they are given home-cooked Indian food,” adds the source.

When contacted, Shilpa confirmed the news, and said, “I practise what I preach. I’m particular about what my son, Viaan, eats at home too. I hope to instil healthy eating habits into these little ones, because [bodily] changes start right from your younger years.”
