Tiger Shroff entered Bollywood with the hit film Heropanti (2014) and followed it up with another successful venture, Baaghi. However, although both his movies set the cash registers ringing at the box office, the actor says his journey so far hasn’t been devoid of obstacles.

“I’ve been part of family films. So, kids also come and watch my movies. They get fascinated with the way I dance or perform stunts. I really like making them happy,” says Tiger Shroff. (Aolok Soni/HT)

“The past two years have been educational and enlightening for me. I have learnt so much. My life has changed a lot. But it hasn’t been an easy journey. The hunger to better myself increases with every passing day,” says Tiger.

The actor is currently working on his third film, which is being directed by Remo D’Souza. Tiger, who plays a superhero in the movie, says he has always wanted to play a character like this.

“With this film, I fulfilled two of my dreams — of playing a superhero, and of working with Remo sir. He is not only an amazing director, but also a great human being. He actually wanted to launch me. I met him a long time ago, and he was the first person to trust me. Even during the shoot of this film, we got along well,” he says.

Tiger also reveals that a large part of his fan base consists of kids. “I’ve been part of family films. So, kids also come and watch my movies. They get fascinated with the way I dance or perform stunts. I really like making them happy,” he says.

Soon, Tiger will pay tribute to his idol, Hrithik Roshan, at an awards function. “I’m nervous, because this will be the first time I’ll be sharing the stage with Hrithik sir. I will dance to his songs. I hope I don’t let him down,” he adds.
