Apparently, John is not only working out at the gym, but at home too. He is also focusing on strengthening his leg muscles. “John does leg presses for 1.5 hours daily. He has three trainers to help him with the routine,” adds the source.

When contacted, the Bollywood actor confirmed the news, and said, “The leg-press machine is an important part of my routine. I think, in general, everyone should work to strengthen their leg muscles.”
