Kartik Aaryan asks Sara Ali Khan out, says ‘Delhi mein party karte hain’ as they wrap first leg of Imtiaz Ali film

Sara Ali Khan had earlier accepted that she has a crush on Kartik Aaryan. Sara and Kartik are working together on Imtiaz Ali’s Love Aaj Kal 2.

Saif Ali Khan’’s daughter Sara Ali Khan admitted to having a crush on Kartik Aaryan during an episode of Koffee with Karan and has reiterated that in several interviews. As the two actors shoot for Imtiaz Ali’s next film, touted to be a sequel to Love Aaj Kal, Kartik finally asked Sara out. Before you jump to any conclusions, Kartik wanted to party with Sara after she won the Best Debut Filmfare award for her performance in Abhishek Kapoor’s Kedarnath.

Sharing a picture where she is seen kissing the black lady, Sara wrote on Instagram, “Thank you Filmfare for giving me this honour- being able to kiss the black lady is truly surreal Team Kedarnath this one is for each and everyone of you. Thank you for making my dream come true Jai Bholenath.”

Kartik was quick to respond. “Congratulations Sara Ab toh coffee se kaam nahin chalega, Dilli mein party karte hain!”

Earlier this month, Sara and Kartik shared the first look from Love Aaj Kal 2. The picture shows Sara with her head on Kartik’s shoulders. “Honoured, grateful and uncontrollably excited to be a part of Imtiaz Ali ‘s next! Starring @kartikaaryan & @randeephooda releasing on 14th Feb,2020. Presented by Jio Studios @imtiazaliofficial @reliance.entertainment @wearewsf @maddockfilms. Shoot in progress‼,” Sara wrote.

 

The Delhi shoot was wrapped Monday evening with a party where Sara and Kartik enjoyed together.

 

Sara was recently seen alongside Ranveer Singh in Rohit Shetty’s blockbuster film Simmba, while Kartik delivered a surprise hit in Sonu Ki Titu Ki Sweety. Kartik has also been finalised for a remake of Pati Patni Aur Woh, opposite Bhumi Pednekar and Ananya Pandey.
