Katrina, John together for third time?

In fact, it is the postponing of Dostana 2 to late 2011 that has given John Abraham time to start shooting for the Hindi remake of Tamil film Kaakha Kaakha this week itself. John will be playing the lead role that Tamil actor Surya played in the original film.

Praising Tarun Mansukhani's decision to postpone Dostana 2, producer Vipul Shah said that he too, had earlier pushed the Kaakha Kaakha remake schedule to April because he was not happy with the script. "We've now revamped Kaakha Kaakha," he claimed happily.

Katrina, a dear friend of both John and Shah who is producing the remake, has been asked to play the leading lady in the film, reported the Mumbai Mirror. This role was played by South Indian actress Jyotika in the original film.

And now it seems that this postponement might just have left Katrina free to do the film as well. She admits the sudden postponement of Dostana 2 has left her dates diary disengaged adding that something else is being worked out.
