Milan Luthria to make his next with Ahbishek, Amitabh Bachchan?

Filmmaker Milan Luthria is reportedly keen to rope in both veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abhishek for his next film. The film is being scripted by Rajat Arora.

Filmmaker Milan Luthria is reportedly keen to rope in both veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abhishek for his next, a drama.

"Milan is very keen on ­casting Amitabh and Abhishek for his next film. If things go well, he will start shooting from next year," says a source.

Luthria, known for wielding the megaphone for The Dirty Picture and Once Upon a Time in Mumbai Dobaara, has already worked with Amitabh in the 2004 movie, Deewaar: Let’s Bring Our Heroes Home.

If he pulls off the desired casting, this will probably be his first film with Abhishek. It is being scripted by Rajat Arora, who refuses to comment upon the film’s cast. "This film is not a biopic. It’s a contemporary drama. As far as the starcast is ­concerned, I can’t ­comment on it right now. It’s too early to talk about it," he says.
