Model-actor Pinki Gaur is contemplating sending legal notice to Bhatts for using her picture in a Murder 2 scene without her consent.



A scene in the film shows an agent talking about supplying prostitutes and showing pics of many girls, including Pinki's. "If they don't apologise, I will file an FIR," said Pinki. To this, Mahesh Bhatt said, "If the lady wants a graceful apology, I've no problems."



Mahesh Bhatt clarified to Mid Day, "If you've seen the film, you'll understand that it's not our intention to malign, demean or tarnish the image of the people whose photographs feature along with that of Yana Gupta, on whom the scene zeroes on."

The director is looking forward to solve the issue amicably. "If the lady wants a graceful apology from Vishesh Films, I've no problems with that," he stated, adding that nothing would come out from her going to court."
