Learning to deal with Bollywood work hours the hard way is Sonakshi Sinha, who is shooting for Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai 2 in Muscat with
co-actor Akshay Kumar.

Since the humid weather there caused problems while shooting, Akshay, and director Milan Luthria came up with a plan to report to work at the break of dawn. They shot in the mornings between 6 and 10am, before the humidity got overpowering, followed by a break. They would resume shooting at 3pm and wrap up by 7 in the evening. To report for the 6 o’clock shoot, Sona would have to wake up at 3am to get dressed and have her make-up in place.

“It seemed like quite a task initially, but then it all fell into place. Sonakshi is one of the most sporting actors I’ve worked with. She smiled through it all and landed on the sets on time,” says Luthria.
