It’s a clear case of ‘reel’ life meeting the ‘real’ one. While shooting at Heathrow airport in London, actors Ali Zafar and Aditi Rao found themselves in a peculiar situation.

Both were shooting at the busy airport for Goldie Behl’s London, Paris, New York, and as the crew-members were setting up the shot, they decided to go for a quick rehearsal of their dialogues. That’s when a couple of real-life fliers pitched in and tried to help them out.

"Ali and I were rehearsing our lines about immigrations and missing flights. So, one of the foreigner fliers took it seriously and tried to be helpful. And he immediately told us, ‘don’t worry, you won’t miss your flight,’" says Aditi with a laugh. Delhi 6 actor informs that they "were going over the timing of our dialogues" at Heathrow when the incident took place. "And since the camera was placed in a corner of the airport, he (their co-passenger) couldn’t spot it. But we had to tell him it’s a film shoot and not to take it seriously," she says.

Produced by Fox and Rose Movies, the film has been shot extensively in the three cities. And Aditi is happy with the response of onlookers.

"You know, people in general were also curious to know about the shooting. They would stop and check on us," she recalls, adding that her filming experience was untouched by the London riots, which broke out in the city around the middle of the shooting schedule.

Ask about her co-star Ali and Aditi says, "I first saw him in Tere Bin Laden (2010) and was really impressed with his work. During the shoot too, he was very relaxed and helpful. He would help me remember my lengthy dialogues. Also, he is a musician, and I simply love music. So, we have had a lot of fun while shooting the film," she says.
